If you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returned product in its original packaging up to 14 days from the date of purchase.  Damaged items and/or short shipped orders must be reported to American Supply within three business days of receipt. Customized items include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from date of purchased.

Some items cannot be returned to American Supply. Including the following:

• Customized orders, such as custom made-to-order and fabricated items
• Goods shipped outside the continental United States
